The consultation was handled very kindly and well, but the reviews are so bad.. T_T So I canceled the surgery after reading the reviews. The consultation itself was very satisfying, and they seemed safe since they are JCI certified, but because of the reviews.. T_T I think I definitely need to research much more before going!
