The director, the manager, and all the staff were truly kind, listened to my concerns carefully and in detail, and gave me confidence in the surgery. I was convinced the results would be worth trusting as well, but I have not been able to undergo the surgery yet. Still, I will definitely meet the director again, have another consultation, and get the surgery.
