I had scar removal surgery, but there is absolutely no sign of improvement, and instead the sunken area has become even more noticeable. Even if I try to attack it differently with laser, the original state is still the best. It keeps opening up... One specific staff member among them was not friendly at all, and when doing things, there was no explanation.
