I went because I wanted to get a Hiko nose lift cheaply, but they said it would be good to add under-eye filler too, so an unexpected expense came up.. The Hiko looked satisfying right after the procedure, but it deflated quickly, so it was not that great. I think correcting the shape of the nose really needs surgery
