I went for a consultation at the place I moved to, and, just as I had heard, the director explained the surgery method in detail through a PPT and seemed kind, but I honestly do not understand why they do a consultation with the manager before the director consultation and what purpose it serves. They also could not understand the patient's needs at all and had no medical expertise, so they just kept dodging the issue, which felt like a waste of time for both sides. They were present for the main consultation too and took notes seriously, but there was no substance.
