I had a consultation, and I got the impression that they were ethical because they did not recommend surgery. The facility is about the level of an ordinary hospital, and all the consultation staff are kind. I will probably think about it a bit more and then proceed with surgery. The director is a bit blunt, but if you ask anything without worrying about time, he answers everything in detail.
