I went for a nose consultation. The female director was the doctor, and first she asked me which parts I wanted to improve, then explained how the surgery would be done. It felt like she explained only what was necessary, without going overboard. Above all, the nurses were really kind. The consultation manager was the kindest of all. She explained the surgery method and information about the surgery, and there was absolutely no pressure or coercion to make a reservation. She told me to think about it and contact them later. For some reason, that made me trust them.
