They explained things I did not understand during the consultation and also recommended a lip design that would suit my current face shape! The procedure hurt much more than I expected, and before I knew it, tears were coming out T_T When the director kept touching my lips here and there, that hurt the most.. My satisfaction with the procedure is just average.
