I had a nose revision surgery two years ago through a friend's recommendation. This was my third surgery, and up until then the shape had not changed much; they had only raised the height a little, so there was no major change from the front and I was not satisfied. During the consultation, the director explained in detail why a shape that could not come out from my nose anatomy would not be possible, and since this was not my first surgery, I adjusted my expectations. They were not especially friendly, but I did not think that mattered much. After the surgery, unlike before, the shape changed so much that it felt awkward and I was anxious for a while, but once the swelling went down I became satisfied too, and all my friends say that director has a talent for making noses look good lol. The staff were all kind, and when my nose turned red and I went to the hospital, the director also consulted with me. Ah, before surgery they told me in advance that because my alar base was short, if I smiled a lot the tip could drop a bit. Right now the tip really has dropped, so I am planning another revision lolol.
