I had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage, and while the tip did get higher, it ended up looking pinched. T_T As time passed, my nose also became crooked, so I developed nasal asymmetry. It was a large hospital, so the facilities were good, but the waiting time was extremely long. The staff were also rather perfunctory.
