I had surgery several years ago, but contrary to my expectations, the front part loosened a little after a few years. Since it was a large hospital, I felt the aftercare and attention were somewhat lacking, which was disappointing. Surgery varies case by case depending on the individual constitution, so it's a bit hard to say it was clearly a success or a failure, but I would recommend a private clinic rather than a large hospital.
