It was a place that had quite a reputation for being good at eye surgery. I went for a consultation with Dr. Kim Byeong-geon, and he refused me, saying my eyes already looked pretty and that I did not need surgery. But I did not know that, went somewhere else, had surgery, and ended up ruining them... sigh... Still, the consultation here was honest.
