It was crowded, so even though I had a reservation, the consultation was a bit delayed. The director seemed busy, but I was grateful that he answered each question in detail. I was recommended a lower canthoplasty, and instead of pushing me to have surgery, they spoke in a way that felt like a recommendation, which made me trust them more.
