Heo Seung-ho review

I had consultations at four places in Gangnam and three in Bupyeong, and since I heard there was also a famous place in my neighborhood, I went there too. Usually the consultation route is: manager (rough explanation of the surgery) -> doctor (design, recommendation of surgical method) -> manager (price consultation) But here, I went straight to see the director. As soon as I walked in, he looked at my eyes for about five seconds and then, while looking at my skin type and the condition of my eyes, he summed up what other hospitals had told me, so I really trusted him. But rather than a plastic surgery clinic, it felt more like an ophthalmology clinic. How should I put it... it felt less like a cosmetic consultation and more like an eye consultation..? I told him there was a line I wanted, but he said that was not something he could do on its own, and that depending on my eye condition, he would create a strong line and then let things flow from there. So it could end up being an out-fold or an in-fold. He also said that another place told me I lacked the strength to open my eyes, but that I did not actually lack that strength. I agreed with that part too, so I thought he was strict but maybe a master doctor... I was thinking that, but the more questions I asked, the more his behavior and attitude changed into something like, "What do you know?" From the patient’s point of view, isn’t it reasonable not to blindly trust and leave everything to someone when having surgery? And if it had only been the doctor, that would have been fine, but the manager was unbelievable. Before I went in to see the director, it seemed like she could not remember my name. She pointed at me and said, "You can go in now~" Then after the consultation, I asked about the price because I did not know it, and while looking at her phone and not even looking at my eyes, she just told me the price and that was it. When I tried to ask more questions, she kept looking at her phone and said, "Yes~ If you have any questions, go ahead and ask~" but her words and actions were so different that I felt really offended. No matter how well the surgery goes, if the service is terrible, I would not go there....
