My nose was already short and small, and on top of that I had a contracted nose that had lasted quite a long time, plus inflammation inside and hardened skin, but among the hospitals I have consulted so far, there were almost none that explained in detail how they would do revision surgery on contracted skin tissue, so I felt very trusting.
They said I would come in every day for a week after surgery. Because it was such a contracted nose, I was told that over time the shape could change a little or additional correction might be needed. They said they would use autologous costal cartilage for both the tip and the bridge. If the cost was a burden, silicone would also be fine. And if I did go ahead with surgery, they said to reserve a full 6 hours. They said contracted nose plus autologous costal cartilage surgery only takes one case per day and that the surgeon would take special care, so I felt reassured. The price was 9.55 million KRW total, including 3 injections, surgery, and pain-relief injections after surgery. That was also a condition I got by posting nose photos on Baritalk, Gangnam Unnie, and Yeouya. That part seems a bit tough. They said secondary correction and treatment for inflammation would be done later without additional cost.
Honestly, this place was the one I liked most among the hospitals I visited, so I'm thinking about just putting down the deposit.
