I visited after deciding on revision surgery because of a protruding nose and a contracted nose. I arrived a little early, but they still started the consultation early, and it was quite a long one, about 40 minutes. They identified the problem right away, then I consulted with the director - they checked the expected result in the mirror and handled everything in a very professional way. The senior manager was kind and asked which other hospitals I had been to. There was no pressure to book, and when I said the schedule was full, they told me to contact them after everything was done and actually waited for me lol. Most places give an extra discount if you book that day, but that was not the case here. I decided to have the surgery because the reasonable price, kindness, and frequency of follow-up visits all appealed to me.
