The director explained everything patiently and was kind. But at other places I was told that because my septal cartilage is limited and weak, I would need rib cartilage to do it (I heard the same thing at about 5 places), so when they said they would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage here, I did not feel good about it. The manager feels pretty overwhelming too. I ended up feeling self-conscious for no reason.. And they seem to do noses in a rather glamorous style, so I felt it just was not for me.
