I went for a consultation because they said they do beautiful nose revision lines. The consultation director was extremely kind and did not say anything unnecessary. She really listened to the patient's story and seemed very focused. I had consultation in this order: director > doctor > director
After meeting the doctor and looking at the CT, they explained in detail how to handle the materials currently in my nose and what surgical materials would be used. They spoke with confidence, so I listened carefully. They said cat surgery would be added if necessary, but I think it would have been better if they had clearly said whether that part was needed. There was a discount for same-day booking with the director, but I liked that there was no pressure about the deposit or anything else.
