I waited for almost an hour and a half, then had a consultation with one of the people at the counter, probably the manager? There were a lot of people waiting and they seemed busy, so even though I wanted to ask in detail, they answered a bit vaguely. I did not get to consult with the doctor either, so I just had the consultation and left. They run a lot of promotions and the prices are cheap, so there are tons of people waiting I also heard that you cannot make a separate reservation
