My expectations were high, but even if I had a reservation, on 9 out of 10 days I had to wait an extra 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time Still, the person who treated me was kind, which I appreciated. The front desk staff were rude, but the staff inside the skin care room were kind, so instead of giving one star I gave three I was grateful that they explained things well every time the wait went from an hour and a half to more than an hour past the scheduled time! Also, the prices were cheaper than other dermatology clinics, which was nice.
