The front desk staff are mostly kind. The consultation managers are hit or miss, but there was one who was extremely kind and left a good impression, while the consultant I saw this weekend was unbelievably rude. The nursing assistants and the staff working where the procedures are done were just businesslike, so I do not have much to say about them. The doctor was also surprisingly on the kinder side, and the lifting results were not bad compared with other factory-style hospitals in the Seocho area.
