In 2020, every clinic I went to while looking around for nose surgery recommended fat grafting, so I thought, Ah. Fat grafting is the answer for me. and immediately started looking around for full-face fat grafting. Among the places I visited, I liked one place the most, which had appeared on TV and YouTube, so I chose that place. The moment I got on the operating table, looking up at the ceiling in a space that felt cold and chilly, I thought, Ah, maybe I shouldn’t have done this, but for about a month after the surgery, I liked it quite a lot. Originally, my face was a skull-like peanut shape, but after the fat grafting, I even liked the swelling so much. It felt like a plump, baby-like face, so I hoped the swelling wouldn’t go down. But as time passed, it kept going down. It didn’t return to my original face, but maybe about 30% survived? As for side effects.. because of the areas on the front cheeks where the fat didn’t take, if you look closely, it’s slightly uneven. And maybe because I gained weight too, this is just how I feel, but my face feels a bit bigger and like I have more fat under my chin? I didn’t do a second round, but if you’re going to do it, I would recommend going up to a second round too.
