I went with a friend for laser hair removal, and it was totally factory-style and I never even saw a doctor. There were so many people and the wait was long. The facilities themselves are clean and the consultation was kind. But compared to when I had hair removal done at another dermatology clinic before, I am not sure whether they were using a better machine, and I also wasn't sure about the hair-removal effect, so I don't think I'll go again.
