The consultant at the counseling room was just the right amount of friendly, neither too pushy nor too cold. The director explained things in detail and seemed very kind. I consulted for about an hour without any waiting time. They seemed to try their best to listen to my preference for a non-implant approach. The only disappointing part is that there was no simulation, so the result is hard to predict.
