The forehead area where I had fat grafting six years ago was uneven in spots, so I got cell injections to dissolve the fat. But the area I wanted did not reduce, and another area became severely sunken, so about five weeks after the first procedure I went back to the clinic and consulted the female doctor who had done the treatment. She filled the sunken area with filler for free. It may not have been much in terms of cost because it was domestic filler, but I still think they did follow-up care because they understood my position. The effect of the cell injections seems quite strong. I had very little facial fat to begin with, so my goal was to dissolve the fat-grafted area. Of course it was not the area I wanted, but seeing how deeply it caved in, I think the effect was good.
