I had paid for the full facial package with cell injections (including lifting) and received it, and it did have an effect. My double chin fat also decreased a lot. But I am not sure whether the effect was dramatically large, and I think what matters most is self-care afterward, while dieting alongside the cell injections. It feels like part of the effect also came from dieting and controlling my food intake. And the clinic was busier than I expected, and if my weight loss from the previous week failed, the staff would tell each other that I had failed, which was upsetting.
