It just felt like a lip filler factory.. The consultation was done by the manager, then they took a pre-op photo right away, and while I waited in the procedure room, the doctor came in, did it quickly, and left. It seemed like they just looked at my face and made it suit me? I asked them to keep it natural and not overdo it, and the result is fine. The only thing is that after the procedure, my philtrum feels longer..
