The consultant did try to steer me toward something else during the consultation. The surgeon was extremely kind throughout the procedure and designed it by taking my lip shape needs into account. But while I was satisfied with the shape, after the corner-of-mouth Botox they gave me as a freebie, my pronunciation became off, so for several months I spoke like someone who was missing something in the way they talked... It was really bad at first.
