When I went for the consultation, they asked me all sorts of things and explained everything kindly, which I liked. I think it worked because I also controlled my diet at the same time. It wasn't a dramatic effect, but I could see the change, so I got excited and kept up the diet even more. But I did bruise quite a lot. I'm the type who bruises easily no matter what I do anyway.. (I've never had an injection at any hospital without bruising) Still, I was glad it wasn't visible because it was on my legs.
