I tried two procedures at Bbum: contour injection and hyalase (an injection that dissolves filler). Factory-style hospitals may be cheap, but they dilute the solution a lot, so even if you get the shot, there is no effect at all. What a waste of money. I do not know about other procedures, but I do not recommend injection procedures.
