I went after applying for an acne extraction event through the mobile app [Brand A]. There was no separate sales pitch, but even though I had made a reservation, the waiting time was so long that I looked at the event pamphlet and, since I was already in Gangnam, went ahead and got it done too. I usually go to smaller private clinics, but this time I went to a large hospital, and it felt very assembly-line-like. The staff were kind, but I am not sure about their expertise.. The explanations felt somewhat lacking. The effect was only minimal.
