Do not get hair removal at a factory-style place haha You must get it at a dermatology clinic!! It has zero effect, and because the treatment is done by a nursing assistant instead of a doctor, the sincerity is basically nonexistent. Even giving you one minute would be lucky. This place is the same, and the wait is even long, so definitely do not come here for hair removal.
