It's a clinic famous for petite procedures, so the factory-style feel is definitely real. Still, for lip filler, they first asked what shape I wanted, then checked with a mirror to make sure it matched the shape I wanted. They did the molding really well, so I'm still satisfied now. It seems to depend on the coordinator, but some coordinators recommend other things, and some coordinators help you get only the procedures you want without pushing anything else. I think you really have to meet the right coordinator.
