A factory-style hospital. In the waiting area, you do not know who is even there. First, at around 2:40, I applied anesthetic cream, but I could not get the procedure until 4:00. I went to the counter and asked when I would be taken in, and only then did they say they would get me in soon. When I entered the procedure room, I was really uneasy about having the procedure next to a patient under sleep anesthesia. I know it is normal to tie up the hands and feet for sleep anesthesia, but I only came for skin Botox after applying anesthetic cream, and there was not even a curtain between me and the patient under sleep anesthesia. It was like a crowded market, and they were talking among themselves in front of patients about how the skin Botox syringe thickness was wrong, suddenly saying they would change the syringe, then using the original syringe again, while on the other side someone was shouting that it hurt because they woke up halfway through anesthesia and the nurse was telling them to breathe. Sitting there getting treatment next to that, in a space packed tightly together without even a curtain, made me so uneasy. I really hope this never happens again. It was truly unpleasant, and it felt like I spent money and got my energy drained.
