At the first consultation, they measured my skin thickness and chose the surgical method, and I trusted their opinion that the subfascial method would suit me better than dual-plane, so I chose Kai. I also liked that there was no support bra or drainage tube! The doctor was definitely professional and kind, so I was very satisfied, and I also trusted him from the way he spoke in the YouTube video. However, since it has not been that long since the surgery, it is too early to judge the overall satisfaction in terms of shape or feel, and the consultation manager system was really bad. You cannot contact them individually from the start, and you can only contact the clinic’s main KakaoTalk account, so the person replying each time was a bit different. I also chose them because the manager was so nice during the consultation, but after surgery it feels like they just do not care at all. In fact, for breasts you have to keep monitoring the progress until 6 months, so I thought the manager would pay more attention afterward, but that was not the case. They are really kind and responsive up until the surgery, and that is it! Still, the nurses were even kinder on the day of surgery and during appointments, so I was grateful.
