My biggest concern was that my upper lip curled inward and was almost invisible. The inner side was done without scarring, but the philtrum length did not shorten at all, and the outer side also barely lifted the upper lip. The only changes were that my mouth became a little longer and I got a slight lip corner..? They also said they would correct the lip line asymmetry, but there was no improvement. The lip should have formed along the incision line, but instead only the incision line remained as a white scar.
I showed photos during the consultation and surgery, and the director even placed them in the operating room while performing the surgery, but it still did not turn out like the photos. Overall, there was just no improvement.
When I went for the second fat grafting procedure, I brought up this issue, but the manager also said that things were much better now, and the response was so unconvincing that I could not even bring myself to talk about a revision surgery any further.
Also, since I was a partial model, I had sent photos, but later when I saw it uploaded on YouTube and Babitalk, they had Photoshopped my philtrum to be shorter in the picture I sent lol..
The director listened carefully and was kind. But the surgery ended up being meaningless, and it was a waste of money.
