I had the consultation and booked a surgery date. I’m planning to come back and write another review after the surgery! First, they take a front-facing photo and a photo with the eyes looking upward, then the doctor looks at the photos and consults with you. Even when the staff first checked my chart, they were extremely kind and asked very detailed questions before I left. It felt like they were almost digging through my full medical history? lol They looked into things that thoroughly, so I was able to understand my eye concerns and problems. The doctor was incredibly confident. I was told only top 10 hospitals nationwide can do this technique. It’s a dynamic double-eyelid method that supposedly leaves almost no scar and very little swelling, creating a natural-looking double eyelid. I liked how thoroughly everything was explained, and I liked that they answered my questions right away. The consultation director also had a strong presence, but was kind. Because the staff were so confident, I thought about it for a day and decided to have the surgery here.
