It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't see what I would look like after surgery in 3D, but during the consultation I could feel the professionalism, and I got a strong sense that they were trying to listen to the patient's opinions as much as possible. They also seemed confident about the surgery, which helped ease my anxiety about it a little.
