I was examined by someone other than the chief director. Because they seemed very proud of their own career, I strongly felt they were trying to proceed with the surgery according to a manual. It was hard to get detailed explanations about an analysis of each patient's body type and specifications, and about the implant that would suit them. I was also taken aback by the consultant's hard sell of the most expensive implant and the attitude of not really accepting the patient's opinions.
