The consultation manager and the director were both kind. Director Kim Gigap was full of energy. At other places, maybe because they were busy, the explanations were kind of rushed, but here they explained every single slide in the presentation. I have uneven breasts, and they showed me the graph and explained why that implant size was the right choice, so it was easy to understand.
