BeforeBeforeIt’s been exactly 7 days since surgery. First of all, the reason I had surgery was that, appearance-wise, my nose was my biggest complex, so I kept constantly getting things done only to my nose, like fillers and Y-nose threads. I stopped getting fillers 3 years ago, and back then I only got the bridge done twice. I never got filler in the nasal tip. For Y-nose threads, I got 2 lines on the bridge and 2 lines at the tip like this once every 6 months, and I think I had thread insertions about 3 times (even up until 6 months ago.) Actually, before doing these, the coordinators did ask me, “You’re not thinking about rhinoplasty, right?” but at the time, even though I got procedures, I never imagined I’d get surgery (I’m a coward), so I got them thinking of course I wouldn’t.
Ah, but human greed has no end....
Anyway, I just got tired of it and went ahead with surgery. Honestly, if I were told to go back to when I had done absolutely nothing, I think I would immediately skip all the fillers and everything and just get surgery. It really didn’t hurt, I barely bruised, and it was so comfortable that I gained 3 kg in one week... They say after rhinoplasty you lose your appetite and eat pumpkin porridge, but I ate 6 meals and bulked up.. The only thing was that sleeping on the first day was really, really uncomfortable.
In conclusion, I had the bridge (2 mm silicone) and the nasal tip (ear cartilage, my own) done like this, and 4 days before surgery I urgently dissolved the remaining filler.
I wanted a high, straight nose bridge, but human greed has no end.... I thought I might start wanting too much, so I just did what the doctor recommended. I wanted to avoid the worst nose rather than aim for the best nose, so I only asked that there be no side effects.
I hope the photos are helpful, and I hope everyone gets a pretty nose! (Blue - before)(Red - 7 days after)
