The clinic atmosphere feels premium and private rather than factory-like, but somehow it also feels a bit clumsy. I saw the clinic explanation saying they preserve privacy as much as possible so customers do not overlap in time and do not run into each other's faces, but on the surgery day and at every follow-up visit, I ended up seeing a lot of faces. The consultation was really good, but after that the service started feeling sloppy. I came here during my clinic hunting because the consultation was good, but the service got less energetic and more chaotic as time went on. Because the consultation was so good, my expectations were high. I do not know if this is just how they are, but even the follow-up visit was just me coming in without really knowing what they were checking... Also, the staff member assigned to me is on call 24 hours, but replies always came 2 to 3 hours later even during the day, so I could not bring myself to ask questions easily. There was a bit of a weird feeling during the consultation and afterward too? And I have never received aftercare from the assigned manager. I have not even seen her face since the consultation... Still, when I did see her, she always felt professional. Also, from the first consultation I asked to see CCTV footage at the post-op visit and said I was curious about other before-and-after photos, but I could not see the before-and-after photos during consultation, and I only saw the CCTV after the follow-up visit when I brought it up again much later. On YouTube they said they also give a disposable verification tag, but I never received that separately... In many ways, I wonder whether they are focusing too much on what is visible to first-time visitors. The doctor who checks the follow-up is very kind and professional, but because they are busy, they are extremely rushed and brief. And they put gowns back into a cabinet without a separate basket for putting them on and taking them off, so I wondered whether other people wear what someone else wore and vice versa. They also emphasized things like unlimited aftercare during consultation, but looking at reviews, there was a case in the past where they ignored capsule contracture, which is already alarming. I already had the surgery, but I hope things have improved?

I had it done a while ago, and in the end I think the result was about average. Back then I don’t think there were reviews or anything like that, but it’s fuzzy.. Since it wasn’t a factory-style clinic and was a one-doctor place, it felt…

Since it was the first place, after going to several clinics, that told me I didn’t need alar reduction, I had a bit of trust in them. They said there was no need to use autologous costal cartilage yet and recommended donated rib cartilage

Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkJul 1 Well-known clinic review
I had a CT scan, and the director’s consultation was detailed, with quite a lot of confidence. It felt trustworthy, but maybe because it’s a one-doctor clinic, the price range is on the expensive side, so I’m debating it..? What I liked…
