The price is extremely reasonable, and the consultant's friendliness was exactly the level I wanted. There was no particular pressure to book on the day of the visit. They said the price I was told during the consultation was originally the same as the same-day booking price, but told me to take my time, look around, and come back later if I wanted, and they would still honor that price.
The director was very kind and humorous. When I said what size I wanted, they said it was possible, and after having me put on a bra-like garment, they kept checking how close we were to the feeling I wanted by trying different implant sizes one by one.
They also did an ultrasound and explained things in quite a lot of detail.
They do not really talk much about the downsides, but whenever I asked about something one by one or pointed something out, they answered sincerely. Rather than only showing sample patient photos, they compared cases as similar to me as possible and explained the feeling that way.
The consultation wait was not that long, and the consultation itself was very lengthy. Since it is a place that only does breast procedures, I do trust them, but they tend to talk a lot about the advantages, so I am a bit conflicted. If I were to get surgery, I feel like I would do it here.
The reason I deducted one star for staff friendliness is that when I arrived, the counter staff were chatting among themselves and did not even notice someone had come in, so I took off one star. The consultant in charge and the director were kind.
