A acquaintance had it done here and it turned out so well that I had mine done here too. It basically made me into Nami from One Piece. The difference was that my acquaintance had the inframammary incision, while I had the axillary incision. The implants were the same too, but breast implants seem to depend a lot on the patient's tissue quality..
My acquaintance got sagging breasts, the lower fold formed, and it really became a natural large breast, but I got symmastia and bottoming out, so I had revision surgery.. Of course the lower fold did not form either, and with a large implant in place it was awkward itself.. (I guess the difference between axillary and inframammary incision..)
Anyway, in the end I also had the revision surgery at the same hospital and reduced the size a lot. I reduced it by more than 100 cc. I had no time, so I went back 2 years after the surgery, and they took responsibility and did the revision until the end. Because I strongly disliked an inframammary scar, they solved the bottoming out with the axillary incision, and one year later it has settled in well now (later I looked around and heard that there are almost no doctors who solve bottoming out with an axillary incision) Until 6 months, I was anxious that the symmastia might come back..
It is unfortunate that the breast surgery I thought would end in one operation became two operations..but it was resolved well. And personally, apart from the shape, I think a suitable size that fits the body is better than something too large.. Maybe the problem was that the implant was made too big in the first place..
The director was equally kind before and after surgery. He explains things well and has a style of making things larger and larger. Personally, I think he is good at shaping things with the inframammary incision!
The axillary incision was made twice, but there is no scar left! And I felt like they would take responsibility for the inframammary scar until the end too.
