This was the hospital I was most looking forward to. The director had appeared on Let Me In and was said to be a top-tier breast specialist, so... The coordinator was nice, but the front desk staff were rude. No matter what I asked, they looked annoyed, and they kept slamming the door shut. Appointment times mean nothing here. I had a 4:00 appointment, but I was left waiting until 5:50 without even seeing the director, and when I said I was going to leave because I was just left there, the front desk staff said with an irritated expression that the doctor was in surgery and could not come out in the middle to consult. That was not what I wanted. If there is surgery going on, they should schedule the consultation for after it ends. This hospital did not meet my expectations. Even the consultation gowns might be reused, since they say they should not smell. I probably will not have surgery here. Also, the chief director cannot give discounts, and since they handle revision surgery, they will only connect you if it is absolutely necessary.
