A place I went through a referral from someone I know. Both people had good nose surgeries, so I decided on surgery without going anywhere else. It has been more than 10 years since my first nose surgery; my nostrils were very visible and the columella was not projecting, so the surgery looked obvious. To improve this, I got new silicone, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and a columella-lowering procedure. After surgery, there was a step in the silicone along the bridge, making it bulge, and the nasal tip was pulled upward, so the upturned look and the very visible nostrils were not improved. I still do not understand why the tip was pulled upward. At the AS consultation, when I spoke while crying, they treated me like a mentally unstable person, saying my condition did not seem normal. I argued that I wanted to know why it was done that way, but they acted as if they could just do a revision and that was that... They told me to sign saying they would do the revision as in the AS consultation, and not to complain again later, then to go quickly. It was so absurd, rude, and impossible to communicate with them, and since the surgery had not improved even 1 bit of the intended goal, I felt that if I let such people operate again, they would only make it worse, so I gave up on the AS revision. It feels like they operate based on what they are used to with their own hands, without thinking about the patient's cartilage asymmetry or shape. It really seems right that you have to research nose surgery a lot before doing it.. Just because someone around you says theirs turned out well does not mean yours will too.. And when I looked closely at one acquaintance's nose that I thought had turned out well, I saw that the nose was crooked..
