It is a one-doctor clinic, and maybe because there were many consultations and surgery schedules, the director seemed busy. Still, during the consultation, they explained the needed surgery well and answered all my questions. They did not pressure me into surgery, and when I asked about possible side effects if I had surgery, they explained everything, which made me trust them.
