It is not a contracted nose, but my current nose is a snub nose, so I came here because there are many reviews of difficult contracted noses. I was told I would have to give up on height no matter what, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage. I do not plan to do osteotomy or alar reduction, but they said it was not forced, yet the way they spoke made it seem like I would have to do it. The price range is on the high side.
