In short, I was sued... haha If you're curious, please read to the end. A very long time ago, when I was in college, I had no money and I went there because it was cheap even though I knew it was a factory-style clinic.
I got various cosmetic procedures there, and the forehead filler was the only thing I was somewhat satisfied with.
But I wanted to warn against the other procedures and the hospital's response, so on Naver's plastic surgery cafe instead of here,
someone had posted a question about this clinic using initials, so I left a comment with various details.
But it seems they monitor communities like this and, since it's a big hospital, they always have their legal team managing things.
So I remember getting a message and an email saying to delete the negative comments I wrote, and that if I didn't, they would take legal action and so on.
I was young and timid, so after a few days I deleted them.
But then, a month or two later, maybe several months later, I got a call from the police station lol from Gangnam Police Station.. They said I had been sued and should come to the station to fill something out. At first I thought it was a voice phishing scam.
I was so scared that I went to the police station and wrote a whole long explanation on paper, saying I had no intention of defaming a specific hospital, and that I wrote the comment for the public good of unspecified members based only on facts lol
Maybe it was nothing much, because I never heard anything after that. And in the middle of all this, I moved from Seoul to Gwangju, and they told me to fill out some document asking for the case to be transferred to the Gwangju court? Anyway, it was insanely annoying.
Truly the worst hospital of my life.
