My lips were a little asymmetrical, so they did adjust them somewhat through the procedure, but you should not expect major correction of asymmetry. Also, there were no dramatic changes like the ones you see on Instagram or in promotional posts, but it was not bad. The director was also honest and said clearly when something could not be done.
